The St Laurence Geelong Supercats Outstanding Service Award recognises outstanding contribution to the Club in a number of areas. Candidates must fill the following criteria;
Player
* 100 Games and/or 5 years
* Club Most Valuable Player
* Outstanding contribution to the club in the role of team member.
Volunteer
* Outstanding contribution to the club in the role of volunteer.
Officials
* Board Director for a minimum of 5 years.
* Head Coach for a minimum of 5 years.
* General Manager for a minimum of 5 years.
* Outstanding contribution to the club in the role of official.
Sponsors
* Naming Rights Sponsor
* Major sponsor for a minimum of 5 years.
* Outstanding contribution to the club in the role of sponsor.
