The St Laurence Geelong Supercats will once again host the 'Alcoa Rolled Products' Basketball Academy and the Supercats Cheerleading camp during the July 2008 School Holidays. The Alcoa ARP Basketball Academy is a great way to spend the school holidays in a fully supervised, fun atmosphere. Children will be able to learn from their favourite Supercats players Brad Bridgewater, Daniel George and Shawn Myers at Lara, Ocean Grove, and the Geelong Arena. The Supercats cheerleading camp allows children to come along and learn from the Supercats Cheerleaders as they teach you all your favourite dances you see on game night. |  |

June 27: Australian Institute of Sport 123 (B. Motum 29, J. Page 22, M Dellevedova 19) defeated St Laurence Geelong Supercats 82 (N. Herbert 18, S. Myers 16, B. Bridgewater 14) at the Arena. The St Laurence Geelong Supercats unbeaten run at the Arena in season 2008 is over suffering a humiliating 41 point drubbing at the hands of the best young talent in the country from the Australian Institute of Sport. |

June 21: St Laurence Geelong Supercats 116 (N. Herbert 35, d. George 27, S. Myers 25) defeated North West Tasmania Thunder 109 (B. Armstrong 33, L. McGaffin 21, B. Nuckles 21) at the Burnie Sports stadium. June 20: Hobart Chargers 115 (A. Stewart 36, C. Long 26, M. Nash 16) defeated St Laurence Geelong Supercats 106 (B. Cox 28, N. Herbert 22, S. Myers 20) at Aurora Stadium, Hobart. The St Laurence Geelong Supercats have split their weekend road trip to Tasmania being narrowly defeated by the Hobart Chargers in Hobart on Friday night before bouncing back to record a win against SEABL East conference ladder leader’s, North West Tasmania on Saturday night. |
