Supercats and Basketball Geelong Advertise for CEO

Can you lead change?
Can you think strategically but deliver operationally?
Do you have a track record in stakeholder management and engagement?

Basketball Geelong is one of Australia’s leading country basketball organisations, tracking five years of excellent growth and management, and with much more to do.
The Geelong Supercats are recognised as one of the leading second tier elite programs in Australia, with an extraordinary product both on and off the floor.
These two organisations are reunifying, and need a driven, independent CEO to lead that process, which is already well underway.

Our CEO will provide leadership to the Board on:
* Organisational Structure
* Revenue/Income Growth
* Community and Commercial Engagement
* Venue Strategy and Planning
* Pathway Development
* Stakeholder Management
* Relationships with other Basketball Organisations

This is a significant opportunity, and we expect the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellence in the above areas. Remuneration will include bonuses for target based achievement, and will be comparable with some of Australia’s largest basketball associations.
